eWON Flexy 205 slow upload speed from Myanmar

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our eWON which is located in Myanmar to our machinery is really slow in upload, as slow in general speed. At moments the whattsapp message from the people on site are faster then the PLC response on my screen. My location is the Netherlands.

Connection is LAN, and should be reasonable fast according the people on site. Could it be that the connected server is not the correct one for this location?

Any help would be appriciated.

Hello,

To test this, i would ping the machine of the LAN side and look at the latency. If there are spikes or dropped packets, that could explain the slow upload.

As for the VPN server, the access server will be assigned based of the location of where the eCatcher account was created

Given the distance between the account location, and device location. Some latency will occur. I would also have there IT team their network.
