I forget my credentials username and password to log into my ecatcher account. i am trying to reset the flexy205 to a factory reset and create a new ecatcher account but after the flexy gets reset seems like it is still tight into the eCatcher account.
Can you send me the or documentation or process to do a full factory reset on both Talk2M ecatcher account and also to do the full reset on the flexy205 device?
