eWon Flexy Talk2M connection

We have a Flexy that is no longer connecting to the Talk2M VPN servers. We believe it is being blocked by the local network, but need help to track it down. See screen shots below.

Sorry about that. We did get the issue resolved and the only thing that was done to my knowledge was that they rebooted a router. They did install a security certificate a few days ago. I attached the screenshot again where it shows the ssl error. Let me know if the screen shot does not come through. The system is currently online, but I would like to understand why we had a problem.
