Ewon Gets Internet, VPN fails

Hi we’re running into an issue where the Ewon (Flexy 205) can and does connect to the internet, but vpn wizard fails at the last step. The live logs show TLS errors.
The talk2m connection tester works fine on the same network.

System clock is correct, FW version 13.2s0.

Unfortunately the device is not accessible for the time being but do you have any suggestions?

Hi Brain,

The talk2m connection tester does not create a VPN connection so you could have something on your network blocking a vpn tunnel connection. Other then that you can update the devices to 13.3.s0 and make sure that are wildcard domain *.talk2M.com is whitelisted on the network.
