eWon Loses Connection and Goes Offline

Cosy connects to Talk2M initially and maintains connection for several hours then loses the connection and appears as offline in eCatcher.

What kind of WAN connection is the Cosy using–Ethernet, Wifi, or cellular?

Additionally, would you be able to take a backup with support files and either attach it here or send it to me in a PM so that I can view the event logs?

The issue was resolved when I put an unmanaged switch in front of the Cozy. I saw that solution in one of the other posts. I’m not sure what the actual root issue is. Does the Coszy have a short Ethernet limit? We have maybe a 100 foot cable that was connected o the Cozy. Now with that cable running to the unmanaged switch and another cable from the switch to the Cozy, I have a reliable Talk2M connection.
