Ewon MQTT failing to reconnect

I have an issue with both my flexys.

i have a 3G Wifi router and i top it up with data every month.Usually the data finishes before i top it up. The FLEXYs push data to Azure via MQTT. The problem I have is that whenever the data is finished, i lose MQTT connection and when i top it up again MQTT fails to reconnect such that i have to restart my script.

Is there any remedy to this that does not involved restarting of script.
