EWON Skipped Offline

Has anyone seen it where an EWON when trying to reboot or change settings triggers a “VPN33 eWON Status ONLINE (Skipped Offline)” and will not respond to any changes?

What is the device model for this unit? The firmware is very old which can cause issues with connection. The Skipped Offline error is originating within eCatcher. What is the eCatcher version you are using?
