Ewon Slow Connection

Hi,

We have an Ewon Cosy at a customers site in Australia (Melbourne) and the connection is extremely slow
I have looked online a possible causes for this and came across forums suggesting that it may connecting to a an Ewon server that is not in the area. (this unit was initially set up in the UK)

Is it possible to check what server it is using?

Hello,

You can check the VPN address the unit is using.

If you navigate to the COMcfg ( Setup->System ->Storage->Tabular Edition -> Edit COM cfg) you can Filter for VPNsrv1 and VPNsrv2 to determine what address the unit is using.
