Hi , We configured a email in Ewon flexy via Basic IDE script and it will sent an email upon the process start and stop. It was working ok , suddenly it stops sending an emails. I don’t have much experience with this functionality of Ewon , Is there anything can cause such issue? and the Script execution required be kept running or stop?
If the email is being sent by Basic, script execution must be kept running to continue sending email. By default the script will stop when the device is rebooted, which will stop emails from sending, but enable Autorun under the Run menu up top to automatically start the script after rebooting.
If the script is running and the Ewon’s still not sending emails, please attach a backup with support files so we can see if it’s reporting any errors. You can capture one using eBuddy’s backup wizard, making sure to check “Include Support Files” on the first page.
Issue has been resolved. Somehow the script was not showing in the Basic IDE , So I tried with rebooting the device and Ewon started sending emails again after putting the script back to execution.
