eWON Talk2m activation denied


Hi Steve,

What they need to do, is open eCatcher and select the correct eWON, click ‘Properties’ and then ‘Talk2M Connectivity’. Copy the Activation Key shown there and send it to you so that you can enter it in the Talk2M Wizard.

If for some reason they lost access to the account and can’t get the Activation Key, please have them give us a call and we will try to figure out another way, but we’ll have to talk to them directly and verify the ownership of the device.
