I wanted to reach out to you here before giving you a call. Doug forwarded me some longs regarding an eWon having issues staying on line. Would you be able to send me a backup of the eWon with support files? This should help me track down the issue with this eWon.
You can either connect locally or though eCatcher if the device is online. Once connected in eBuddy you can right click on the device and select backup/restore. Make sure to also select the include support files check box.
