Failed to register my Flexy 205

Hi,

It cannot pass the Talk2M test and configuration step. I have wired the cables in the following.

  • the pc is direct connected to LAN port 2
  • the internet cable is connected to WAN port.
  • eBuddy can find the device and I can open the browser to login.

In the Wizard steps, it cannot pass the VPN test, the Talk2M test and Configuration step.

It has two failures.

  • UDP connection no response timeout
  • Read Talk2M config says access denied.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hi John,

The Talk2M access denied error happens during the Talk2M/VPN wizard when an Ewon is already registered to a Talk2M account. For security reasons, Ewons can only be registered to one account at a time, so the device will need to be deleted from the previous account before it can be registered to a new one. If you are unable to locate the account the device is linked to to remove it, please submit a ticket at https://support.hms-networks.com/ for further assistance.
