Firewall configuration on eCatcher

Hi

I use the KB-0068-00 document to enable the internet connectivity on the LAN independent of The VPN connection, that works well. After accepting the new Cosy device on the eCatcher, I start adding the PLC and HHMI Web interface for the M2Web link. To do that I use the Configure Lan Devices & Firewall… -> Add LAN Device… -> Enter the settings and confirm. On doing that, the eCatcher change the Firewall pattern to High, and the internet connectivity inside the LAN is lost. Even if I turn it back to Standard, for the internet connectivity inside the LAN works, I need to follow the KB-0068-00 document again.

These parameters are changed and don’t come back after adding a LAN device inside eCatcher:
*NatItf
*FwrdToWAN

How can i disable this Firewall change?

Can you give me a call at 312-893-5636 and ask for Tim, I want to take a look at what this device is doing. You should be able to set it to high -> add your device -> and then set it back to standard and be able to reach your devices without issues.
