I have installed my wifi controller and it is working. I have it configured as pictured below
I have tried to configure the left/right and up/down vanes to allow manual position, like the remote control will do, but the configuration does not stay configured.

Does the remote control actually control the vanes? Sometimes the feature will be on the remote, even though the indoor unit does not support it.
Yes, The remote does control the left/right and up/down vanes, both in manual position and sweep.
The remote model is AR-RAH2U.

I would recommend creating a case at https://mysupport.hms.se so that the Intesis engineers can take a look at the model of the indoor unit and the remote to see if we have support in our database. If not, it may need to be added.
