FLB3204 - 4G modem is not connected Internet

Dear Support team, and Dear Users,

I have a problem with FLB3204 4G modem. the device can’t connect to internet. I change 2 different mobile sim operator but device not connected. Before 1 month age the device worked properly.

Can you attach a backup with support files from this device? You can download one from the web interface under Diagnostic → Files Transfer by clicking “Support files” at the top right.

Did anything happen a month ago, like the device being repositioned or any new equipment getting installed?
