Flexy 201 Issue

Hello Chris,

I have customer with an issue using Flexy 201 with FLB3202 extension card. He cannot activate a 4GT LTE SIM card for the FLB3202. When he entered the IMEI from the device, AT&T says that 2G devices are no longer supported.

Any assists would be appreciated.

John,

The FLB3202 card is a 3G card and won’t support 4G LTE like the current FLB3205 does. You will have to contact ATT regarding whether or not that SIM card can work with a 3G modem.
