Flexy 205 Connection Issue - Alarm notification via SMTP

We send alarm notifications via our SMTP server. We use Flexy 205’s at several sites. We are having an issue at one of our sites. I can remote into and connect to the HMI. However, I am not getting any alarm notifications. Additionally our person on site cannot access the internet when connected locally to the eWon, but I can connect remotely to the eWon. Is there a parameter that needs to be changed?

By default an Ewon’s machine network is isolated and not able to reach the Internet. You can reconfigure this by following the instructions in SSH-0068-00 - Allow Internet access for Ewon Cosy LAN devices. The guide refers to the Cosy, but the process is the same on a Flexy.
