I am logging some data from a io-link sensor via io-link master to modbus TCP. I have ewon flexy 205 set as modbus client and io-link master as modbus server and i am connected locally. I have set up the io server for modbus tcp, i have created a tag to poll data address 31002D. i do receive some data from the sensor. However the sensor process data is 32bit and contains, temperature (14bit), flow (16bit) and 2 digital output bits. The process data is as per the image below. How can i create tags and read the individual information from this process data.
