I have problems loading a code in the BASIC Script, when placing the programming code it keeps loading and does not change the state loading.

I checked your device, and noticed the date/time settings are incorrect. I would advise updating this information to the accure time and date. Once complete, reboot the device. i would try disconnecting the device from the WAN connection, and checking if you can load the BASIC script.
Also perform a reboot of the device, then trying loading the scripting page. If all else fails, create a back up of the unit without support files. then factory reset and navigate to the sripting page.
