Flexy 205 reset without loosing VPN?

Hi,

We’re having some issues with JAVA in our remote Flexy 205. We could try to reset the Ewon, but losing the VPN & Internet connectivity is not possible, because the unit is 5000km away :smiley:

  • What would the best option to reset / format as much as possible, without losing VPN?

Hello,

You can clear config files without a complete reset under System > storage > erase and format

You could also FTP new config files onto the device updating the settings of the current config or restore settings from a working config.
