I try to send an email on alarm but I have the following error with SMTP server :
Référ. SMTP :5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first
How can I resolve this problem ?
Is the SMTP server you’re using to send this alarm email your company’s server, or the free Talk2M relay server?
The Ewon does not support TLS for connecting to SMTP servers. We recommend using the Talk2M relay server instead. You can use it by configuring the Ewon to use relay.talk2m.com for the SMTP server address. More information is available in SSH-0046-00 - Email and Text Messages (SMS) relay using Talk2M
Ok it was with my own SMTP server.
I test without TLS and it works fine.
