We are using the flexy w/USB expansion port to Delta DOP-B HMI but cant seem to be able to download to the device, The HMI is shown as connected through e-catcher but, fails to download. When connected through EWON, Windows device manager shows it as a portable device but when connected directly DM shows as a com4 USB device.

You may want to try using the Eltima driver directly from their website: Download USB Network Gate for Windows, macOS, Linux and Android
Unfortunately, we’ve found that not all USB devices are supported though. Let me know if you have any questions.
