I ahve having the below issues i am hoping you can help.
The unit in question was installed in a machine built by a customer and due to be shipped but they have had to ship the machine without the eWon installed because it would not stay online.
In order to indicate whether it was a factory network problem, or not, the eWon was placed on a desk in the office and connected to nothing but the hard wired ethernet network; all PLC connections were disabled with only memory tags remaining. In this condition the unit stayed online for approximately 12 hours before losing connection
It took several reboot attempts before the unit would actually communicate at all.
The unit is now on a home network; it took two reboots before it would communicate at all and it seems to keep losing its network connection.
I have available a backup with support an a text of the script.
