Flexy not connected on eCatcher

I have set up the EWON flexy to connect to the internet via WIF. Recently, when I try to connect to it via VPN through eCatcher, it says it is “Offline”. When I connect to it through the EWON local LAN, it says it is connected to WIFI.

Do you know if you passed through the talk2M wizzard or just the internet wizard?

Yes, I have prevously connected through eCatcher without any problems.

Can you give me the serial number of that device so I can check more into this?

Can you try running the talk2m wizard again and see if it comes back online?

We have recently changed our firewall and believe this to be the problem. What ports have to be open on the firewall in order for the wireless connection to work?
