Flexy red light

Good morning team HMS,

I have a Flexy 201 equipment, the USR Led is in Solid Red. The Flexy don’t respond any way. What kind of procedure can I apply so that the flexy can respond me?

if your not abel to see the flexy on ebuddy when plugged into a LAN port or ping the ip address then you will have to perform a recovery. You will need a 10/100 switch between the flexy and your computer. Here is a post on the process.
