I have with the same result. Do I need to reset/reboot the ewon when I change the SMTP address?
Not typically, but it’s worth a shot.
Are you experiencing any other problems? Can you connect to the VPN OK? Can you share the logs with us?

I ended up figuring this issue out last night. For some reason the
email “from” user name was support@pdcautomation.com and it didn’t seem to like that. I changed it to PDCWI and everything was happy, I got a test alarm to go through.
