I am trying to configure the eWon and i am working on trying to get internet access from our warehouse and not sure if i am making a mistake somewhere.
IP Addresses for the ewon 10.0.0.53 the Wan ip is 192.168.0.22
255.255.255.0
Gateway is 0.0.0.0
DNS ??? is this from our servers or where do i get this from?
I think I already answered this for you, but you need to get your DNS servers from IT. You also need a Default Gateway in order to access the internet.
So i entered the gateway provided from IT and the both DNS but i still do not get access to the internet.
31105, 22714, 25003, 31912, these warnings are the from the event log.
I believe that you have a case open in our ticketing system and the error that you are getting when running the VPN Wizard (SSL negotiation failed) is indicative of SSL/TLS or deep packet inspection, which the Ewon will need to bypass in order to make a secure connection to our servers.
