Flexy205 - No 4g/LTE Extension Detected

Dear Support,

I’m trying to connect a Flexy205 with a 4G/LTE extension module (FLB3204). When I connect the extension module on the Flexy205 it is not detected and the LEDs on the extension are all red (see picture attached).

I’ve tried to re-insert the extension, update the Flexy205 firmware to latest version but both did not solve the issue. Could the extension module be faulty ?

Make sure to power off the Flexy before inserting the extension card.

It is possible that it could be defective. You should create a support case at support.hms-networks.com and send them a backup of the Flexy with the support files so they can look into it.
