Flexy205 Tag Error: Could not open the file

Hello.

I have a customer that needs help with a Flexy205. Attached is the backup file for their Flexy205 and a screen capture showing the tag error.

Note: They were originally using an SD card for extended storage, however no longer will. They powered down the Flexy205, removed the SD, then powered up (no removal while powered up).
