Flexy205 Wizard Internet Connection Error (with EventLog)

You are attempting to connect Flexy205 to an authorized ip within your company.

However, in the Wizard, the Wan Connection was OK, but an error occurred in the Internet Connection.

As a result of several attempts, 1 out of 10 connections were successfully connected.

There are times when it works and times when it doesn’t work, so I don’t know the cause of the problem.

I want to know if it’s a problem with Ewon Flexy’s setup, or if it’s a problem with the company’s internal network, and I want to know the cause of the problem.

I set System - Communication - Routing & Security same as under kb-0069 manual.

Can you please update the firmware to the latest, 14.3. In eBuddy, you will have to first update to 14.0 and then 14.3.

What is the LAN IP address you are using?
