Flow totalizing using digital pulse meter

EC310 with Argos

I’m reading a digital pulse input from a water meter into a PLC, then trying to pass that information along via modbus to Argos. I’m not seeing any simple way to totalize the flow from the meter in Argos and log the data.

I can totalize the flow in the PLC and pass information to Argos via parameters, but I don’t see a way of having Argos periodically change a read/write parameter (through a timer or toggle function) to reset the totalizing counter in the PLC.

Some help would be much appreciated.
