hello we have found a netbiter with ID but no activation code. how do we find out what the ID is?

The activation code comes in the box with the netbiter and is tied to the device. If the activation code has been lost you will have to reach out to the distributor from which the device was bought for a replacement.

the netbiter was purchased from hms. I lost the box. therefore also the activation code.

You will have to reach out to whom you have purchased the device from at HMS. This forum is run by the America support team so we cannot help unless it was purchased through are Americas division.

If you have the system ID I can try to help you track the device down. Also you can log in and create a ticket at mysupport.hms.se and that will be routed to the regional support for your area.
