I have a mitsubishi plc that collects data and sends it to an FTP via an ewon through an internet service, so far so good. But now we implement Starlink and this service does not support FTP but SFTP. Can Ewon transform from ftp to sftp, either in the config or in some code?

No, the Ewon does not support SFTP, only unencrypted FTP.
