Hello, I’m using the AB9005-B converter and thought of updating the firmware for different issue I was told that will solve, it was running good with 1.13, than tried with 1.14 to solve some register issue.
But after the download the following error comes when download started, but in bottom of the screen it shows download successfully completed! still Gateway GW is in RED even after power up.
Tried with different ways, Windows 7, admin mode still in GW in RED
Also forgot to add, after this failed to download firmware message, the GW light goes off, untill again the power is recycled.
Hi Kyle, Appreciate your tips, unfortunately I get the same error as shown in the screen shot even with V1.13. Is there any other tools or back-door available to bring life to the device? please advise.
Unfortunately no. You’ll have to send the device back to us for replacement or repair.
