Historical Logging EBD

Hi,
I am trying to create a CSV download from a ViewOn project but cant seem to get the EBD correct.
Using the EBD helper I get: $dtHL$ftT$st_d1$et_0$fnTest$flABCD
I want to do the equivalent of pressing the save button in the Historical Logging highlighted below
