Hi there,
One customer is using a Cosy 131 to send programs to a PLC and HMI from Omron.
The PLC program download was successful but for HMI program it starts but freezes at 24%.
PLC is OMRON NX and HMI is OMRON NB.
Is there a twist to make it happen?

Are you able to consistently ping the HMI while it locks up?
I would try forcing TCP to see if that helps stabilize your WAN connection, and increase any max timeout parameters in the HMI.
Forcing TCP
To force TCP, enter the cosy interface then navigate to settings / maintainence and enable the show advanced options checkbox. In here, you will select edit comcfg.
You will need to change the following 2 parameters in the comcfg:
VPNPortOut=443
VPNProto=1 (TCP)
Remember to click save after applying the changes.
