HMI Siemens Win CC (simulation ) can use VNC to connect ecatcher or have to use real HMI Siemens to connect ecatcher?

I’m not sure I understand the question, but if the HMI supports VNC, it should work fine with eCatcher.

I don’t understand the difference. I would recommend creating a case at support.hms-networks.com so you can speak with someone in your local HMS office about it.
