I have customer needing a DF1-Ethernet/IP Gateway what will support 1200 BAUD Half Duplex (rather then full Duplex).
Does the HMS-EN2SE-R support this?

No the lowest supported baudrate is 2400. Here’s the list of supported baudrates:
2400
4800
9600
19200
38400 (Default)
