OK this is good that you can ping the PLC now.

Can you change this to All Protocols:

Also, change BroadcastForwarder to 1 here:

The Omron PLC looks like it supports OPC UA, so you could use that for syncing the tags from SQL.

The problem is i have a VPN from my University that made a conflit with th VPN of eWon.
