How to Delete Ewon Cozy+ from unknown account

when i try to add COZY+ in my account it is showing “12:This Ewon is not allowed to move.”

if it is already added in any account then how to delete it from another account without username and password.

Can you please share the backup with support files of the cosy+?
Also, can you tell us where have you purchased the unit from or who is your HMS distributer?

You will need to reach out to the previous owner of the device to have them remove it from their account.

and i have deleted it from another account. it is my colleague account so now it is free to add in my account.
