I have a code which sends emails and sms to 6 people on alarm, want to log each event in the event log. But, Ewon Flexy on 14.4s1 shows muting pattern. In need this log to work properly so I can keep track of what emails were sent with specifics on what alarm were sent.
You can disable error muting by editing a system config parameter under Setup → System → Storage → Tabular edition → Edit SYSTEM Config. Search for the parameter ErrorMuteEnabled and change it to 0 to disable error muting, then save the change and reboot the Ewon to apply.
