HTTP Port Forwarding

Thought I would give replying to this thread a shot even though it has been closed. We had resolved my issue some time ago but it has come up again after we changed our email provider. After our SMTP server address changed I no longer receive emails from the device that is connected to the Cosy. We are supposed to have a conference with our internet provider this afternoon to see why the emails are being blocked if indeed that is the issue. I wanted to send the backup file from the Cosy to see if you see anything that might help to resolve the issue.
