I am getting this error: ewon error https dialog failed. I have updated the firmware to the latest version. 14.03 I think? Anyway, it says it is the latest so I know it’s not that. The internet connection passes. I think it’s on the plant networks side but one thing is odd is this is the 5th unit for this company and this one seems to be connecting to a different server than the others do. They can see the traffic and say that it’s getting past the firewalls and all but the plant seems to think that it is being denied from the ewon server? Thanks for any help.

Usually when we see an https dialog fail it has to do with the local firewall. Have them make sure they are not doing deep packet inspection and that an OpenVPN connection is allowed through there firewall. You can try running the talk2m connection checker also which might help determine what is not passing.
