Customer is unable to view the eWon Flexy device via OPCUA. The Flexy device is being setup as a server, while the Ignition OPCUA is the Client. We tried creating and trusing certificates. i will confer with team and follow up later today.
I scheduled a screen share session. During this session, we changed the IP connection method to the eCatcher IP, verfied the certifcates were in the appropriate locations, and established a link between ignition and ewon.
Afterwards, he needed assistance with MODBUS connection, and reading 32 bit unsigned registers. We added the "f’ modifier to the tag address, and were able to read the address correctly.
