I'm connected to the ewon but I can't ping my PLC

I cannot ping my PLC located at address even though I am connected to the ewon.

But I can ping the VPN IP

Can you take a look at these possible issues, and also attach a backup with support files so we can look at your device’s configuration?

You can download one from the Ewon’s web interface. On Cosy it’s in Diagnostic → Support Files, while on Flexy you’ll go to Diagnostic → Files Transfer and click “Support files” at the top right.
