i have a flexy 201 and the imei number is not matching a carrier. we would like to activated this with one of our sim cards. any info would be helpful.

The ewon shouldn’t record the IMEI once you take the SIM card out. Which extension card are you using on this flexy 201 and which carrier are you trying to use?

we ordered it with a att sim card but the imei number didnt match to a carrier we got a verizon card in now but im having trouble with setting it up
The Verizon card will not work on the FLB205 4G NA extension card, unfortunately. You will need to purchase the FLB3203 4G VZ modem extension card, or use an AT&T compatible SIM.
