I have developed an CompactLogix L24 Project that uses an HMS-EN2MB-R module. I had this operating as a “benchtop/test” setup with successful communication to the desired Modbus device. Now, I am interesting in applying this HMS-EN2MB-R module on our production line. The tag setup configuration is saved in the HMS-EN2MB-R. How do I connect the HMS module to our production line network and set up in our ControlLogix L82E? In other words, is there a way to read in the configuration from the HMS-EN2MB-R into CLX?

It should be the same process as the L24. You can import the EN2MB-R configuration through the Linking Device Manager Interface. As long as the L82E uses Studio 5000, the EN2MB-R can be configured.
