Hi Lars,

Here’s what I heard back from my colleague in Belgium:

“This Ewon doesn’t have access to the access server, the firmware version is updated only with the access server.”

So how do I fix that? This device is using a cellular modem.

Can you try and run through the VPN/Talk2M Wizard one more time?

Make sure you don’t have a server manually defined in comcfg.txt:

VPNSrv1 and VPNSrv2 should be blank and VPNSrvAddrMode should be 1.

Although if it’s in the field I wouldn’t mess with it over this.
