I cannot get the service to start even after some reboots and firewall check (disabled completely)

What can i do to solve this issue, VPC running Windows XP machine and i was forced to change Ecatcher and now i cannot install new one,
I removed old first also, but did not solve issue.

Unfortunately Windows XP is no longer supported. If Windows XP is necessary to run software you need, we recommend running XP in a virtual machine and eCatcher on your host OS, then bridging the eCatcher VPN connection to the virtual machine for access to the Ewon’s LAN.
