Internet connection disabled

Hi,

I have a Cosy 131 and if you look on my summary you will see on internet connection section that is disabled. How can eneble this in order to connect on my talk2m because everything else looks what is suppose to be.

Have you tried running the internet wizard under setup?

Yes I did but for some reason when I look on talk2m. it’s online but the bottom connect is not enable. see pictures

Hi there,

Since you are using ethernet connection, the fallback feature is disabled by default.
The fallback is only enabled when using Wifi/modem.
Your internet connection is fine.
